Help us organize one of Idaho’s newest cultural festivals and support the Vietnamese community.

Volunteers play an important role in creating a welcoming and successful event for everyone.

Volunteer Roles
Event Setup
Help prepare booths, decorations, and festival areas.
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Vendor Support
Assist food and retail vendors with information and basic support.
  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Guest Information
Welcome visitors and provide event information.
  • Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Kids Activities
Help manage family-friendly games and activities.
  • Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Stage Assistance
Support performers and help coordinate stage activities.
  • Friday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Event Breakdown & Cleanup
Help take down tents, booths, and festival equipment after the event.
  • Saturday: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Volunteers under 18 may receive community service hours for school requirements.
